Our products typically serve the following industries:> Precision Internal Grinding processes requiring stiffer grinding quills (made of exotic materials) to provide better hole sizing and surface finish. Typical verticals are Automotive and Aerospace.> Special Form Milling Cutters to provide great efficiency to machining processes requiring a unique form that cannot easily be generated with standard tooling. Typical proceeses include: internal rotary recess form milling, groove milling, full radius milling, chamfering, bore milling, thread milling, and face milling> Trepan Form Tools for the following applications: O-ring grooves for Parker face seals,intricate geometries on the ends of high-volume precision-turned automotive components, end-face grooves with smooth surfaces required for metal-to-metal seals,deep recess hollow mill applications where off-the-shelf face grooving inserts do not perform.
