I am a Deloitte Tax partner with more than 22 years of experience serving clients in the manufacturing, life science, consumer business, and real estate industries. My focus is providing advice and expertise to both public and private companies and their executives and owners including in the areas of financial reporting for taxes, tax accounting methods, structural considerations, and planning for federal and multi-state taxation. I have extensive experience with large scale tax compliance engagements and Family Office planning. I am also the tax leader and managing partner of the West Michigan practice based in Grand Rapids, MI. Outside of Deloitte, I am an active member of several professional and service organizations including the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, Frederick Meijer Gardens, Catholic Central Highschool, and Immaculate Heart of Mary parish and school. I am a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
