1. Head Middle School Baseball Coach

   As the founding Head Baseball Coach at Imagine North Manatee, I launched and am leading a school-affiliated baseball club program for students in grades 5-8.This role includes program design, player development, practice planning, game scheduling, and community outreach. I handle all aspects of the team\'s operations.My focus is on developing character, fundamentals, and teamwork in a positive, inclusive environment. I also coordinate opportunities for players to represent their school in local scrimmages and tournament play while building a foundation for a long-term, sustainable program.Key Responsibilities :•Designed and launched baseball program structure from the ground up•Organized and led player evaluations and team selection•Developed age-appropriate practice and gameplay schedules•Collaborate with local organizations for games and field access•Coordinate uniforms, team fees, and communication with families.•This role is part of my ongoing commitment to youth sports, mentorship, and growing the game of baseball in my local community.
