About Kevin Jackson
As a quality assurance manager at Clearway Energy Group, I oversee the quality and production for large utility scale solar projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards and specifications. I work with the owners, contractors, engineers, and inspectors to coordinate and communicate the quality requirements and expectations, and to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.I have about nine years of experience in the solar construction industry, starting as a construction lead at RES, where I supervised the mechanical build for tracking solar projects, and then as a quality inspector at Discovery Wind & Solar Energy, where I monitored the mechanical construction of solar tracking systems. I have learned so much from some very intelligent and experienced people, and I have worked very hard to develop my skills and knowledge in this field. Traveling on the road these past years has been an amazing and rewarding experience, and I hope to continue to do it and grow my career in this great industry. I am passionate about renewable energy and its potential to create a more sustainable and cleaner future.
