Following my success as Sysco’s Sr. Director - Head of Global Physical Security & Asset Protection, I was promoted after only 9 months into my current VP/Chief Safety-Security Officer role as the highest level global EHS, physical security (EHSS), and asset protection executive leader at this global Fortune 60 company with $80 billion revenue, employees, global transportation fleet size of over vehicles, and 450+ locations worldwide. Lead, oversee, and build a high-performing, culturally diverse team ( Approximately 200 colleagues worldwide & 10 direct reports) by communicating vision, maintaining accountability for results, and focusing on talent development/retention. Spearhead development/implementation of global vision/strategies to drive best-in-class EHSS performance through collaboration with senior management, executive leadership team, CEO, and external stakeholders. Optimize enterprise-wide impact by strategically partnering with executives and operational leadership to identify businesses/challenges and develop solutions that align with the corporate global strategy/initiatives. Reduce corporate risk by implementing leading indicators for EHSS, developing new procedures, overseeing EHSS compliance programs, promoting a safety culture, enhancement of occupational health framework/strategy and communicating results to executives.
