ABOUT KEVIN J. DEGNAN

Strong industry and military leadership that includes leading, planning, organizing, creating and solving complex challenges both in industry and the military. US Army experience includes 26 years as a Military Intelligence officer serving in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant through Colonel. Additionally served four years enlisted service in the Ohio National Guard. I have led and commanded diverse organizations in tactical intelligence, signals intelligence, space operations and human intelligence. My commands have ranged in size and scope from 100 people to as large as 850 hundred people. My staff duties have included serving as a tactical intelligence officer, an operations officer, a human resources officer and as an Army and joint staff planner. I pride myself as being a servant leader living by and exceeding standards placed on my junior workforce in regards to mental, physical and spiritual fitness. I thrive on challenges and enjoy working \"outside the box\" to achieve results and meet mission success. I am results oriented and believe in taking care of people. I know how to lead people to meet expectations and achieve both professional and personal goals. I enjoy challenges, mentoring and learning. I have continued leading and inspiring teams to meet corporate and client goals over the years serving as a Project Director, Program Manager, Account Executive, Capture Manager and Business Developer.
