   I am the supervisor over the inbound receipt of all inventory. I manage a group of 16 operators, 2 leads & clerk. I’ve built a team that has become more reliable in following the process developed to ensure on time receipt of material, reducing damages & hitting daily goals on a consistent basis. We are now able to turn 30 trucks in an 8-hour shift. Inventory accuracy has improved significantly. Personnel turnover has also reduced, maintaining the right people for the job.
