Customer relations is such a critical part of business. Working in an industry with a global reach your ability to adapt and overcome cultural or language boundaries is imperative for a great customer experience. It has been my experience that in order to do so you have to sacrifice your pride and just take care of the customer. Work out a solution first then resolve what\'s wrong with the process after. I enjoy sales and educating the customer on the value of the product. I am comfortable working directly with the customer and can handle heated situations with ease. I love LED technology and how dynamic video screens can be. I have a passion for the IT industry and keep up with current technology. I have extensive experience working with business networks and IT systems.
