ABOUT KEVIN HYSICK

Most business owners are experts at their craft. But nobody taught them how to be experts at business.That\'s the gap I\'ve spent my career working in. I come from 15+ years in wholesale electrical distribution, where I worked my way up from a manager trainee to leading a 150+ person sales organization for a $200M operation. Along the way, I worked shoulder-to-shoulder with contractors across every trade — and I saw the same pattern over and over. The work was excellent. The businesses behind the work were held together with duct tape.A roofer, a plumber, an HVAC tech, a real estate agent — none of them got into their profession because they love building systems and processes. But the sales process, procurement, labor coordination, client follow-up, financial management — that\'s what determines whether a business scales or stays stuck. They see the craft. They don\'t see the business underneath it.I\'ve learned this firsthand — including through my own failures building and running a business. Those lessons taught me more about what actually works than any success ever did.Now I help small business owners — particularly in home services, construction, trades, and real estate — build the systems, processes, and automation that turn great craft into scalable business.
