I have been working in the industry now for just over 30 years and have gained considerable experience in the field. For the past 20 years in Materials and Logistics. I am a responsible individual used to working on my own initiative and unsupervised. The past 15 years have been spent in Supervisory/Team Lead/Management positions.Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams, enabling a collaborative and high-performance culture.Goals are to continue progressing in the Materials & Logistics function.Specialties: Materials and Logistics Management. Handling, organising equipment load-outs, managing all aspects of marine and aviation including vessel selection and charter and setting up commercial terms and contracts. Coordination of equipment, QA/QC and dockside loading/offloading.
