My energies have always been oriented toward sustaining life at whatever scale is within my grasp. An education in environmental sciences and engineering gave me the tools to recognize how mankind\'s efforts on this planet and beyond fit within resource cycles that can be manipulated and controlled. I have a passion for solutions at the interfaces of the natural and built environment.The vehicle-borne technologies I have designed, built, and flown are primarily concerned with delivery, removal, and maintenance of resources critical for human life and comfort. My engineering talent was crucial throughout the development and build of Life Support and related subassemblies for SpaceX\'s Dragon 2 in Crew and Cargo configurations. I have a firm grasp not only on the development of multidisciplinary vehicle systems, but also the design of the production line necessary to manufacture complex hardware with critical reliability requirements.
