   My role will be primarily focused on- Identifying, researching and documenting the Company’s technical accounting matters and providing operational accounting support for complex areas such as derivatives, financial guarantees, equity, capitalized software, etc- Emerging accounting literature – Monitoring pronouncements and projects of the FASB, preparing briefings and summaries for presentation to senior management and education to accounting team- Assisting with development and analysis of the company’s policies and procedures, educate broader accounting team on application of policies and drive the implementation of any changes in policy or adoption of new GAAP Standards - Supporting certain aspects of financial reporting including preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements, and disclosures that meet SEC Standards as well as support internal management reporting needs
