ABOUT KEVIN HOPPER

As a seasoned educator, I am a curious, compassionate, and skilled leader who helps craft strategy and high performing teams in both small institutions and large organizations. I bring my skills as a facilitator, consultant, coach, and genuine person to every team that I lead. My experience in organizational development, operations, human resources, and learning and training, combined with my passion for developing the self, empowering teams, and aligning organizations, makes me a valuable resource to companies in many areas. I have the pleasure of being the co-owner of Long Weekend LLC where we run operations and curriculum design for \"The System\"(thesystem.co). At The System we leverage innovative curriculum and experiential learning to help executives drive long term sustainable change in their businesses through a proven and disciplined strategy and capacity building. In our first year clients have seen equity growth, operational expansion, and improved retention. My previous experience is diverse and highlights my understanding of growing businesses and creating thriving academic programs. As Director of Learning and Development at Dutch Bros, I led a change management process that trained over employees, developed and implemented strategies for individual development plans and sustainable succession planning, and oversaw vendor relations for in-house and outsourced training materials in preparation for Oregon\'s largest IPO in the state\'s history. At Stanford University, I served as the Associate Director of Health and Human Performance, where I established a new academic unit focused on leadership and well-being. I designed and delivered innovative curricula, built partnerships with industry and on-campus leaders, and created a supportive learning environment for student engagement.
