With over 30 years of experience in functional, data, and system analysis, I am a Functional Solutions Architect at 11:11 Consulting, where I serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the Army Selection Board Systems Upgrade Project. I have a background and training as a Certified Public Accountant and a Project Management Professional, which enable me to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders and the users.I have a passion for user automation and data integration, and I have led and supported multiple projects and programs that involved consolidating disparate systems, enhancing existing platforms, and implementing new technologies. I have extensive knowledge and skills in PeopleSoft, Oracle SQL, Microsoft Office, and other tools that facilitate data manipulation, system design, and project management. I have also successfully engaged and negotiated with various organizations and agencies within the Army and the Department of Defense, such as the Army Human Resources Command, the Army PEO-EIS, and the 4th Estate. My mission is to provide clear, concise, and cooperative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Army\'s selection board processes.
