ABOUT KEVIN HOLOHAN
A highly experienced, self motivated and results driven Programme Manager with over 20 years of managing multiple programs via globally dispersed teams, developing key relationships, driving profitability, managing risk and influencing the strategic direction of the business. Sounds good, doesn’t it? Easy to say. Harder to deliver. Delivery is the key word here. It is hard to avoid saying that when I reflect on how and why I got to where I am now. Getting the job done, which usually means delivering something. Whether it is a large or small software releases (I’ve done plenty of both), business process changes (SAP anyone?), new/updated websites or refreshing a range of new hardware, these all involve lining people up, pointing them in the right direction and getting on with it. Get to the end together as a team and ensure there are no surprises when we get to our destination. Ask the stupid questions nobody else wants to ask (especially at the beginning) and the hard ones at the end. Oh, and let’s try and enjoy ourselves along the way. How hard can it be?
