I bring a unique blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a passion for building high-performance cultures, delivering top industry standings, market-leading agency expansions, and sustainable shareholder value.Some highlights of my career include:⇨ Achieved #1 industry ranking in premiums and statutory profit for Prudential Indonesia in FY 2009 by instilling a performance-driven culture, enforcing rigorous financial controls, and deploying best-in-class processes.⇨ Built and scaled Indonesia’s largest agency force of owner-operator agents through the design of compelling life-insurance products and entrepreneurial recruitment models.⇨ Launched the Syariah Life division, propelling it to become Indonesia’s largest Shariah-compliant insurer by innovating product design and adhering to strict governance protocols.⇨ Drove 67%+ growth in India and 43%+ in China as Co-COO, partnering with regional CEOs to set and exceed strategic KPIs, introduce new agency channels, and enter untapped markets.I have strengthened board oversight as an active member of Audit, Risk Management, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees, ensuring robust controls and alignment with stakeholder interests.
