Leading Iondrive’s U.S. market entry and commercialization of the proprietary IONSolv™ critical-minerals recovery technology — a low-temperature, low-impact deep eutectic solvent platform that selectively recovers high-value materials from lithium-ion batteries, e-waste, rare earth magnets, and other critical mineral streams.Key responsibilities include:• Driving end-to-end U.S. pilot and commercial project execution, including multi-feedstock deployment across battery black mass, e-waste (printed circuit boards), and rare earth magnet recycling.• Building and expanding strategic customer, partner, and government relationships to accelerate technology adoption and revenue generation.• Overseeing on-the-ground operations, pilot plant validation (targeted commissioning Q4 2026), and scaling efforts to deliver commercial-grade critical minerals.• Securing and advancing U.S. funding opportunities, including federal (e.g, Department of Energy) and state-level incentives tied to critical minerals supply-chain security and domestic manufacturing.• Leveraging deep domain expertise in commercial-scale battery recycling operations to de-risk and fast-track IONSolv™ deployment in North America.Passionate about advancing American energy dominance through domestic critical minerals processing, onshoring supply chains, and sustainable clean-tech innovation.
