With over 35 years experience in senior operations, process, and engineering roles, I bring proven expertise in OEM quality management across the automotive, logistics, and defense sectors. Having served 22 Years in the British Army in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Then 6 years in the Security industry working on projects in Afghanistan and Iraq for the British Embassy and major oil and gas firms. In positions ranging from Team leader, Operations Co-ordinator to Project Manager. Next in my employment cycle I have been contracted to many high end OEM\'s as a Process Leader then a Process Area Manager/Site Manager. My new position in G&P Quality Management as a Business Manager takes me away from operations and on to a new challenge of engaging in the business management part of the Business. Embracing my new role with renewed enthusiasm everyday is a learning day.
