ABOUT KEVIN HILL

Kevin Hill is the Vice President of Retail Operations for the Southern Division of Food Lion, a Delhaize America company. In this role, Hill oversees all aspects of store operations for 32 districts and more than 396 Food Lion stores in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennesse and Georgia. He is responsible for associate development and talent planning, sales and P&L oversight, and ensuring consistent and sustained execution of the Food Lion strategy across the Southern Division.Hill began his career with Delhaize America in 2002 as a Store Manager for Hannaford Supermarkets. Prior to his current role, he held the positions of District Manager for the Lower Hudson Valley and Albany district of New York for Hannaford, Manager of Retail Execution for Hannaford’s Western Division and Vice President of Retail Operation for Hannaford’s Western Division. Prior to working for Delhaize America, Hill held various management positions with other supermarket organizations. Hill is very active in the community, currently serving as an active board member with the Food Lion Charitable Foundation, speaking at numerous events and supporting the local food pantry. He has also coached little league T-Ball and officiated basketball. A strong advocate of youth, health and fitness, Hill serves on the Achievers Steering Committee of the Greater Charlotte Region YMCA. He also previously received the ‘Citizen of the Year’ award from the Houston, Texas YMCA for his dedication and efforts to make a positive difference in the local community.
