About Kevin Hill
Tax and tax law is like solving a puzzle. I find it intriguing and challenging. I enjoy providing value-add compliance solutions, and finding legal answers to our clients’ tax questions. My prior role as CEO and current role of Partner in charge of International Tax of EFPR has allowed me to embrace longstanding leadership and motivational aspirations, and I’m driven to create an environment where both staff and clients thrive personally, professionally, and economically. I’m proud to represent the second generation of executive leadership for the EFPR and preserve the legacy and business model on which the firm was established in 1952. An analytical approach and passion for tax law have fueled my career progression as an accounting professional. I had the rare luxury of moving directly into the tax department in my first term job at Arthur Anderson & Co, and quickly advanced to manager before moving to EFPR, where I’ve worked since 1994. Outside of work I’ve been married for 39 years and have four children and eight grandchildren. At age 41 I beat cancer, a humbling experience that greatly raised my awareness for personal health and has led to my passion for cycling. I’m also committed to personal activities that enhance my career, such as reading books on leadership, volunteering, and prior involvement in CPAmerica International as Chair of the Executive Tax Board and Continuing Education Committee. I’m also Treasurer of the Ontario County Economic Development Corporation.
