As a Senior Project Engineering Manager at Infinis, I drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, routine and non-routine projects from initial concept through detailed scoping, design, and implementation working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical integrity, commercial value, and adherence to our gated project process, unlocking new revenue streams and optimising operational performance. I lead and support a team of Project Managers, developing people, processes, and systems to meet the evolving demands of the business. Ensuring a lean, value-focused approach through all project phases.
