About Kevin Hess
I spent the last 20 years learning global manufacturing, sourcing, quality but most importantly have seen how people fail and how they react and take corrective action, or get the same results without proper action. I was very lucky to have a Mentor who was a Master Black Belt early in my career, that experience changed my vision and way of thinking. Each day I have a personal goal to solve a problem or add some value. I believe the the power of \"One Team\" in each organization- I have been very fortunate working in operations for private and public companies and have been able to work in over 10 countries and visit 500 + factories - with each factory having the same goal custom satisfaction and assurance of supply- but all do it different way or process!THINGS I LOVE:My Family, the outdoors, trying new kinds of food, seeing new factories and how they operate, solving a problem, catching a big fish on Lake Michigan.
