Activities have included; Safety, planning, coordination, and execution of multi-phase projects across multiple sites, multi-story building refurbishment, pressure part condition assessment and replacement, hands-on field support, training, nondestructive and destructive inspections, specification and implementation of field welding repairs, quality assurance, and development of training programs addressing complex systems and equipment and performance of Root Cause Analysis.Recent achievements include the following.• Developed and implemented the training program for performing manual and semi-automatic welding of Monel material utilized for welding the largest Monel structure manufactured in the United States.• Provided Welding leadership for the demonstration vessel weldment utilized to obtain ASME S-Stamp Certificate of Authorization with no findings identified during the certification audit.• Created a Safe work environment with no First Aid, Recordable, or Lost Time incidents, increased 6S audit scores to greater than 99%, and achieved a score of 100% for multiple AS9100 and ISO audits.• Supported safe project implementation of Phase 3 functions including project implementation development, planning, on-site construction execution, commissioning, and start-up and testing.• Improved efficiency to ensure delivery of project objectives and performance metrics.• Adhered to set guidelines and minimized costs by obtaining estimates and providing field contract oversight.• Provided leadership and direction to optimize field implementation, Quality Assurance, and Safety.
