Key responsibilities:Stakeholder management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, government agencies and non-profit organisations.· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and implementation of holiday activities and food programmes.· Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners and fostering positive relationships.Development of new projects:· Identify opportunities for new community based projects that align with the organisation\'s mission and objectives.· Conduct research and assess community needs to inform the development of innovative initiatives.· Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new projects, ensuring they meet the needs of children and families in Stoke-on-Trent.Programme delivery and management:· Oversee the co-ordination of holiday activities and food programmes and other projects.· Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of programmes.· Monitor programme outcomes and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement.· Budget management.Community engagement and outreach:· Connect with local community leads and volunteers throughout Stoke-on-Trent.· Engage with families and children in the community to promote participation in programmes and events.· Organise outreach activities, such as informational sessions and community events, to raise awareness of available services and resources.· Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to reach target audiences.Reporting and evaluation:· Maintain accurate records of programmes activities and outcomes for internal and external reporting purposes.· Prepare regular reports on programme performance, including progress against goals and lessons learned.
