About Kevin Harvey

I am Kevin Harvey, Currently working at Deloitte USI as a Talent Services Analyst and Lead Facilitator with the W2D DLaunch Team supporting programs in Hyderabad and Chennai. I am graduate of Christ University Bangalore, Where I pursued my Bachelors of Business Administration (Honors) and specialized in Human Resource Management. While pursuing my degree I was involved with an NGO called S.C.E.A.D Foundation as a Social Service Volunteer and I have also interned with Knoah Solutions for a tenure of 6 weeks as part of an Organizational Review Project. I worked in Multiple Departments namely, The Talent Acquisition Team, Marketing, Training & Assessment Team. Following this, I Joined Synchrony Financial as an HR Coordinator in the Compensation and Benefits Team for 9 months. I believe that my biggest strengths are my communication skills, executive presence, facilitating and organizing marquee learning programs, having a willingness to learn and meeting new people while expanding my network and constantly growing my career. Apart from my achievements and experience, I am a very passionate singer/songwriter/director/performer who goes by the stage name “HARV”. My music is available worldwide on various streaming platforms (Apple music, Spotify, Youtube ) where I have over 30 original songs that i have written & recorded. I have also been featured twice on Rolling Stone India for my music and also host concerts where i perform in various places around the city of Hyderabad.
