Responsible for all aspects of Epic Cupid application design, configuration and support. Collaborating with end users, using my clinical expertise, to build workflows that support their business needs, across the entire Franciscan Health system. Provides on-call support on a regular basis and assisting other Cupid team members with support cases where my expertise can resolve the issue. • Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant Certifications • Clinical expertise used to communicate effectively with Cupid end users to understand their needs and design appropriate application functionality and workflows, workflows then reviewed with application trainer for educational material creation. • Lead Cupid team member in development and implementation of Cupid Procedural Narrator with Structured Reporting project, Indiana Health Information Exchange HL-7 Docs 4 Docs project and Lafayette Hybrid OR project. • Used clinical and application knowledge to develop new cardiology request in Service Now, creating and maintaining knowledge article in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library. Use clinical and application knowledge to resolve cardiology and radiology interface errors, making information available to providers that had previously stalled. • Serve as Cupid team subject matter expert in regards to Franciscan’s largest cardiology practice, Indiana Heart Physicians. Also providing other Cupid team members assistance in multiple areas of Cupid functionality. • Collaboration with other Franciscan teams, Radiant, Optime, Bridges, Workday, etc, as needed on Cupid Procedural Narrator with Structured Reporting project, Indiana Health Information Exchange HL-7 Docs 4 Docs project and Lafayette Hybrid OR projects and everyday incidents. • Worked with Phillips vendor on the Nuclear Medicine Structured Reporting project. While the Cupid Procedural Narrator with Structured Reporting project requires work with Phillips and Armus vendors.
