Ensure that MTS Lettings activity complies with regulatory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety- Maintain accurate records of training, holiday, sickness and absence for Lettings staff- Maximise lettings income through marketing School facilities to prospective clients and increasing usage outside School hours- Manage the letting of School facilities, without impinging on the School’s core activities- Maintain liaison with OMT Club in order to manage shared facilities including pitches, pavilions, parking and OMT Clubhouse- Control bookings, user contracts, invoicing, and preparation of facilities for external clients- Oversee and ensure prompt payment for letting activities- Coordinate major lettings events in liaison with School staff and users- Liaise with external and interested parties e.g. Moor Park 1958 Ltd, in advance of major events- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for who you are responsible and with whom you come into contact- Handling the operations and bookings for the Julian Hill Cricket Centre- Managing the cleaning contractors for the OMT Clubhouse, two cricket pavilions, JHCC and swimming pool- Two weekend cleaners – Saturday & Sunday (Term time only)
