I am an operations leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, improving complex systems, and delivering results in demanding manufacturing environments. My career has been shaped by hands-on operational leadership, leading teams through growth, change, and performance challenges across multiple sites and industries. Today, I serve as Director of Operations for TE Connectivity’s Marine, Oil & Gas business unit, leading multi-site operations across the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. I partner across manufacturing, engineering, planning, and supply chain functions to improve execution, strengthen customer delivery, and develop scalable organizations positioned for long-term success. My experience spans aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, and highly engineered products, with a focus on operational excellence, talent development, continuous improvement, and business performance. I believe the best leaders create clarity, accountability, and trust while developing people and raising standards. I am also an Executive MBA Candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, further strengthening my capabilities in strategy, finance, and enterprise leadership.
