As a seasoned legal executive with over 20 years of experience, I serve as Co-General Counsel for Ramboll Americas, where I lead a high-performing legal team supporting over 2,200 professionals across the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. My focus is on delivering strategic legal guidance, risk management, and compliance solutions that enable business growth while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. In recognition of my leadership and contributions, I was selected for Ramboll’s Horizon Leadership Development Program, a global initiative for high-potential executives.Beyond my role at Ramboll, I have been deeply involved with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Greater Philadelphia, where I currently serve as a Board Member and Co-Chair multiple practice area networks, including Contracts & Commercial Law, GC/CLO, and Career Management. In 2022-23, I was selected and successfully completed Horizon Leadership Development - Ramboll’s global program meant to accelerate the learning and growth of those of Ramboll’s high potentials.
