I am currently working as a Consultant with Dentons on their Firmwide Finance Transformation Project. My role includes but is not limited to: Working with the appropriate Subject Matter Leads to ensure: • they have a more thorough understanding of Elite 3E and its capabilities and use in an international context • they understand the implications of the decisions made in relation to the project • system setups and conversion tasks are understood and completed • the importance of User Acceptance Testing is understood, assisting with test case development, execution of testing plans and resolution of issues encountered Working with the Project management team to assist with: • Wider stakeholder engagement in relation to proposed changes to business processes - this will include focus groups, workshops etc.

Vast experience in Legal Finance. I have managed a number of Billing, AP, Credit Control and Matter Management teams over the last 15 years and, more recently, have been responsible for Process Analysis and Improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. I have extensive knowledge of 3E and other finance systems. I have now taken my experience and applied it to my role as a Consultant. Helping law firms get the very best out of their Practice and Case Management systems.
