I am a transformational leader who strives to succeed by motivating and aspiring others to achieve their best. An intrapreneur who is driven, ambitious and career focused, using selfless ways to encourage, influence and transform the skills economy for the greater good. I find I excel working under pressure to deliver outstanding results. An optimist that finds a solution regardless of the task or the barriers faced. As a senior leader, member of the LGBTQIA+ community and a strong advocate of EDI, I like to empower others, navigating and supporting them on the journey that we are taking. It is truly satisfying when you achieve shared goals together.Business development is a key driver in all my roles and I have learned to overcome some big challenges by strategically developing plans with tangible outcomes which are realistic and achievable. I have been able to develop these skills whilst completing my Senior leadership master\'s degree apprenticeship. improving new ways of working and mastering strategic ways to implement new processes procedures and policies. The completion of my Apprenticeship has been the biggest achievement of my career so far and the learning I acquired from it has been life changing.Within my roles, I have successfully managed growth both income and profit. I have won best performing team for HIT on 3 occasions, and have had teams in the top 4 for the last 10 years. One year my region would best team, most improved team and best trainer for hospitality. As a young leader, I was one of the youngest Licensees of my era. running my first licence premise at just 19 years old
