I am a talented and experienced individual with a strong leadership and management background. I am a Certified ScrumMaster with experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and managing complex projects.My key responsibilities include managing divisions, units and teams at varying levels which range from Frontline Associates through Senior Managers. In these roles, I use a Scrum framework to lead my teams by conducting daily stand-up meetings where work and deliverables are forecasted utilizing an Agile approach and 6 Sigma methodologies. I have over 20 years of experience in the banking/financial industry, and I have worked in operations roles including but not limited to the following: Business Operational Risk, Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Loss Mitigation, Account Opening, Account Maintenance, Business Control.I am passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and I have functioned as the chairperson who led the Black Professionals Group at Bank of America. During my tenure, I was successful in increasing membership rates and performing a host of workshops to develop the company\'s associates and leaders. My goal is to utilize my extensive leadership and industry experience to provide reciprocal value to an organization with a competitive compensation and benefit structure. I will accomplish this objective through the utilization of a Lean methodology combined with an Agile/Scrum framework to provide value to my employer.
