Oversees all insurances including but not limited to liability, property, workers compensation, and cyber.DEVELOP BUDGET by preparing, organizing, and working with department heads on revenue, expense, and capital budgets, and coaching department heads on budget management throughout the year.MANAGE RELATIONSHIP WITH BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGARDING DEBT, OPERATING ACCOUNTS AND INVESTMENTS. Negotiates terms of debt, fees associated with accounts, and other banking arrangements as needed. Submitting required reports.PARTICIPATE in Board Finance Committee, Board of Directors Meetings, and other ad hoc Board committees, as necessary. Provides regular reporting on Barclay Friends\' financial status to the Board and offers Board education on financial issues as requested or needed.
