Responsible for IT Engineers and infrastructure services at Liverpool Studio (600+ users) and operational management of the datacenter supporting Departments from First Party QA to Full game Development teams • Management of multiple game studios (Liverpool, Media City Manchester) • Manage / Coordinate works with internal / external Dev studios / Departments / Directors • Oversight of major infrastructure projects working with project management office • Game titles / Site data security and resilience, backup, archiving, DR, AV • Responsible for IT infrastructure services across multiple sites • Capacity and availability management of the infrastructure • Coordination of first, second-and third-line support to enable key dates on titles are met.
