30 plus years’ experience in Construction Management and Supervision of Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls construction.· 24 years of Supervision for Turn Over, Quality Management and Field Inspections, auditing, Testing to Commissioning of Electrical, EHT, Instrumentation, Fibre Optics and Civil.· Permitting for multiple disciplines of Contractors with Safe Work Permits (Hot, Cold and LOTO), Confined Space Work Permits and Ground Disturbance Permits.· Multiple positions included Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning, Lock Out Authority (have developed and improved several companies LOTO Procedures).· Provided Workplace Electrical Safety CSA Z462 training for different sites and took the training on other sites.· Turn Over management of all discipline walk-downs and binder review for acceptance.· Safety Auditing, creating reports from walkdowns and creating Site Safety Bulletins.· Mechanical Completions Walkdowns, Final Walkdowns of Systems, In-Progress Inspections and ongoing reviews of materials and equipment to ensure Contractors are following the Site Installation Details and Preservation requirements.· Assist in developing, reviewing Contracts for Sub-contractors and Vendors, also ensuring execution to completion for their contracts.· Monitor schedules and compare to Contractors progress and Performance Factors.· Learn and utilize multiple different programs from varied Owners groups for Reporting, Approving Payments, Document Control, MOC process, Quality, AWP and IWP programs like O3 Solutions, Dashboards, Punch-lists etc.· Review of drawings and documentation for constructability then feedback to Engineering through Squad-Checks.· Responsible for approving Change Orders and Payment Certificates.· Provide EHT training for Contractors and crews for proper installation methods.· Creating different Procedures to be approved by Contractors and Owners groups.· Assisted in developing and managing a site Electrical Regulatory Management Plan.· Encouraging a team philosophy to Contractors to realize the goals of a Project of On Schedule, Under Budget, Minimized Re-work, Quality and Safety in all aspects.· 3D model computer planning and progress experience (Navisworks, Smart Plant Review and Construction etc.).
