Leading Barclays’ veterans outreach initiatives, through creation of MVO by and introduction to the US market, creating a transatlantic, business-wide programme • Designed commercially-focused vision for Armed Forces Banking, incorporating business-wide support with focus on veteran-owned UK businesses, Armed Forces pensions and investments and growth of retail products and services beyond Serving personnel to veterans and families• Scaling VETS (Veterans’ Employment Support) to become the employment transition model of choice for all veterans, endorsed by the UK Government and MOD.
