I am a project management professional in the non-profit environment, with a focus on information technology. I have worked on large scale projects like AMS implementation, eCommerce platform build outs, UX/UI design, and publishing platform development. I see myself as an interrupter with the ability to speak the many languages of business. My greatest strengths are understanding process and being able to work with a stakeholder to define their desired outcome. Be a good listener, ask lots of questions, and get to the root goal, then engage with all stakeholders to see as many impacts as possible.There is one phrase I keep in the forefront of my work: The burden of knowledge. When you are trying to explain something to someone, you have to understand they do not have the background and experience you have. When you are trying to understand a problem, you have to ask the questions that help you understand the narrative that surrounds the issue. When you engage with people have to try to see from their perspective.
