Created the feedback feature for content providers to surface feedback directly to the product and dev teams, providing insight into feature asks and issues. This feature has resulted in over 2,500 contacts and has influenced product planning across the org. Led the design and development of the content provider account management service, allowing our operators to take action on abusive and malicious actors looking to abuse the Prime Video Direct (PVD) business, in order to mitigate and reduce incidences of abuse. This service automated a manual process, which involved ticketing up to 3 separate dev teams, into a single internal webpage where an operator can take action on an account. These actions ranged from triggering warning messaging to a suspected bad actor, to a full account deletion and takedown of abusive content. This process reduced the time frame for executing these actions from ~3 days to 15 mins. This system has been used to take action on over 350 suspected bad actors, including taking down titles for ~200 confirmed bad actors. Led the redesign and development of the partner-requests report generation feature. The redesign leveraged Elasticsearch and AWS Lambda to reduce report generation time from 30 minutes per partner to an average of 10 minutes, and a cost savings of about $800/day.
