Commercial Real Estate – Commercial Finance, Vineyard/Winery Sales & Leasing, Estate Property Sales & Energy Consulting I recently joined Meridian Realty as a Director, bringing my 34 years of professional service to clients in both commercial real estate and mortgage financing. Prior to partnering with Meridian Realty and starting Energy Partner Solutions. I founded the Wine Services Group at Newmark Cornish & Carey. Restaurants, hospitality and vineyard estate properties are closely related to the wine industry and as a result, I am focused in these areas with many closed, pending and future sale and development transactions in the works. As an additional service to my clients, I recently founded an energy consulting business: Energy Partner Solutions (EPS). EPS provides free analysis of existing energy consumption and advises clients on opportunities to save on their electricity expenses though engineered studies, retrofits and battery storage linked with solar. Many of these services can be fulfilled with no cost to the host/client. After moving back to Santa Rosa (my birthplace) in 1990 and prior to re-entering the commercial real estate industry where my real estate career began in Newport Beach, I founded and managed a mortgage company, providing over $250 million dollars of real estate financing to my clients. During my 14 years in the mortgage industry, I developed many relationships with national and regional banks that I continue to work with today.
