FHFA\'s Enterprise Regulatory Framework is used to assess Enterprise guarantee fees, activities, and operations and to safeguard against the Enterprises making competitive decisions that could adversely impact safety and soundness. I help prepare, execute, and analyze the Multifamily Enterprise Regulatory Capital Framework results, mainly from a credit risk perspective. This includes monthly and quarterly actual results as well as forecasted results from scenarios ranging from a base case to Dodd-Frank severely adverse. In addition to capital analysis, I monitor and track progress against corporate board goals and objectives. These include internal strategic objectives, FHFA scorecard goals, and goals intended to help provide liquidity to under-served markets.

ABOUT KEVIN FORD

After graduating from Salisbury University in December 2010 I sought an opportunity to expand my analytical and finance skills through a two-year, six-month rotational program at Fannie Mae. The experience working in a dynamic industry within such a vital enterprise has afforded me the skills and knowledge needed to excel in my future endeavors. I have since graduated from the Finance Rotational Program and have had the opportunity to work as a Financial Engineer in the Finance Business Analytics department and most recently as a Financial Engineering Manager within the Multifamily Business Unit CFO team.In addition, I have recently completed an advanced academic program at The Johns Hopkins University. I studied applied economics and earned a Master of Science graduate degree while working full-time at Fannie Mae.
