ABOUT KEVIN FOLEY
Kevin Foley has more than a decade of real estate experience including strategic consulting, capital markets, acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to joining Savills, he served as a Director at Center Court Partners, where he was directly responsible for leading all aspects of the group’s mixed-use portfolio ($500 million+ AUM) and executing new investment opportunities across multiple asset types. Over the course of his career, he has closed $5 billion worth of debt and equity transactions, and has extensive institutional experience at Jones Lang LaSalle and iStar Financial. Mr. Foley is a graduate of Providence College and New York University’s Wagner School of Public Policy. He currently serves as a commissioned officer in the US Navy Reserve and was formerly an adjunct faculty member at Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute.
