Serve as creative strategy point of contact while managing team of Creative and Senior Strategists in the ideation, development, and production of digital content across multiple platforms to facilitate client brand growth. Analyze data to provide long term creative direction and advise on day-to-day shifts in strategy. Specialize in creating innovative, organic storytelling to achieve scale. Partner with Director of Post Production to provide strategy and art direction for graphics, animations, and text designs to ensure alignment with branding and creative vision. Work daily with Studio Production team to cast talent, source content creators, guide scripting and direction of on-site and remote shoots, as well as interviews for testimonial storytelling. Review creative briefs to ensure strong, effective messaging & brand adherence-Develop and implement new workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration among cross-functional teams-Foster growth among team members while evaluating professional development and delivering performance reviews for 9 direct reports, resulting in 3 team member promotions-Successfully launched and onboarded 8 new clients from nearly doubling the department’s book of business-Facilitate localization of highly-successful, multi-language content campaigns for international audiences.
