Focused on the communications and engagement to support Elevate - a company wide coaching development experience to support a shift towards a coaching culture across Elsevier. This includes a leadership development experience, skills sessions for all colleagues, creating a community for coaching best practices and also introducing and supporting a network-based feedback process focused on coaching behaviours for all colleagues globally.Also in the core team determining the Future of Work - our working approach following the COVID pandemic. As well as coordinating communications across the various working groups involved, this is also about making sure all colleagues are aware and understand what\'s happening and that leaders are equipped to support their teams.
