We all know that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, right? I believe that business architecture should mirror the simplicity of the line. All too often, I find complexity where it is unnecessary, manual processes where automation would speed up performance, and when combined together – the end result often requires a marathon rather than a short sprint to the finish line.
