After unionization of Royal Dutch Shell’s largest and most successful integrated manufacturing site, was promoted to lead a team of eight HR professionals to develop an employee and industrial relations strategy that is integrated into our long-term site business plan. Client group consists of more than employees and contractors in both a field and office environment. • Executive sponsor of driving a digital and offshoring transformational change that will position us to thrive through the energy transition. • Senior executive sponsor of our cross-business Culture governance team to deliver a transformational culture shift that includes a robust employee experience as a result of integrating three distinct cultures (Refinery, Chemicals & Upgrader). • Driving the development of a long-term Employee and Industrial Relations strategy and road map that will support the complex change initiatives we are undertaking at site. These initiatives include capability building, digitalization, standardization and right sizing. • Led a large cross business project team with multiple workstreams to prepare and deliver our first CBA with a target of $4 million CAD savings. • Facilitating robust senior leadership succession planning sessions to ensure diverse leadership bench strength. • Developed and currently implementing a site Diversity and Inclusion plan to support our cultural transformation while aligning to the global diversity and inclusion strategic pillars.
