About Kevin Eyer
Following a long, professional career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, which culminated in command of three AEGIS cruisers, I accepted a position with Raytheon Company. Since 2009, I have become a certified program manager and capture manager as well as attaining \"earned value\" qualifications. I continue to write professionally and have been published in a variety of publications. I would be very interested in both considering other positions in a variety of fields and would also be interested in writing for other organizations, whether the material be internally oriented or externally.
