Weber Human Services is the local authority contracted with Weber and Morgan Counties to provide Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Aging services to residents.Worked as a caseworker and Supervisor over multiple areas of the agency since 1992. In July 2008, was appointed by the Weber Human Services board of directors as the Executive director. Over-see the function of the entire agency through leading a team of 5 directors (CFO, Director of Quality and Compliance, Director of Human Resources, Clinical Director, and Director of Community Services.Work with State Representatives and Senators to secure funding for services. Participate with other State agencies to promote public policy pertaining to Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Aging and Prevention.Develop partnerships that better utilize funding to fill gaps in services, enhancing client outcomes.
