ABOUT KEVIN THOMAS
Hello! My name is Kevin Thomas. As a 4th-year Mechanical Engineering student at Rochester Institute of Technology, I am currently completing a 8-month co-op as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op in the Product Development department at Gorbel, where I contribute to innovative projects. My academic foundation, supplemented by hands-on experience, has equipped me with expertise in engineering drawings, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor. During my prior co-op at Environment One Corporation, I collaborated on diverse technical projects and led the design of a custom Generator Gas Analyzer system for a power plant client. I also developed and revised hundreds of engineering drawings while gaining practical knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality processes. My goal is to continue leveraging technical knowledge and collaboration to drive impactful engineering solutions!
