As Solution Owner for the complex multi-national divestiture of the Cordis business, I\'m leading knowledge transfer, build and system remediation. Manage vast portfolio of global separation and remediation activities and projects across Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Inbound Operations, Outbound Operations, Order to Cash, Pricing, Security, Testing, and Service and Repair operations. Lead complex dissolution of technology, people and processes and deliver knowledge transfer and technology solutions. Built a 30-member team of engineers and program resources that collaborates with global and regional functions in business analysis, data analysis, data conversion, and product divestiture with LSPs and enterprise platforms. Functional areas included manufacturing, distribution, sales, research/ development, finance, tax, and legal.Achievements Include Drove manufacturing BPCS and SNC separation from the global supply chain. In addition led separation with the SAP S4 ERP system and the SAP IBP global planning tool. Separated 14 regional enterprise resource planning systems, distribution, sales, pricing, tax, and inventory management operations within the Inbound Operations workstream. Removed the transportation management system, global trade operations (Vastera), and SAP S4 ERP system (Product Eligibility) from Outbound Operations. Led Arvato SAP JP6 environment, SAP CRM, and the AWS Tableau (Raven) separation within the Order to Cash workstream. Managed Pricing workstream separation between SAP and FBK contract manager, bids and tenders, marketing, and sales operations. Steered closure of Service and Repair workstreams including asset management, serialization of materials, parts additions, and separations between Arvato JP6 and TASS as well as a new warehouse location in Germany.
