Leadership and commitment to delivering results are two big things I have to offer. My work experience includes 30+ years at FedEx (as a driver, sales coordinator, manager of Indianapolis hub operations), 3 1/2 years at OHL/GEODIS as an operations supervisor, General manager at Mavris Arts & Event Center, Warehouse Improvement Specialist at Premier Packaging LLC. I have put a year into this new process improvement position and have now been promoted to Inventory Management Specialist working with National Accounts Team CFT. I am excited about this new opportunity in my career! Premier Packaging LLC is growing leaps and bounds and expanding there internal customer care team. This opportunity fits my digging to the root cause of issues abilities. Expanding my EXCEL knowledge will be key to making this work for all involved. My current position is Warehouse Supervisor, I was recruited to help get things back on track in the production-Shipping and Receiving areas. I have all 3 shifts Forklift drivers fall under me. I am improving Safety and Training processes in our facility with a big oversite on OSHA opportunities. Training was off track just a little bit, but we have brought it back to 100% compliance at this time. Safety is an everyday item that needs reminders each shift. The companies growth reminds me of FedEx early years!As I’ve taken on new roles in my career, it’s been my ability to deliver on results that have led to increasing responsibility over time. One key to delivering on these results has been my ability to coach and lead employees with a clear goal defined. It’s important that my crew knows I have their best interested in mind, and will do whatever I can to enable them to meet their goals. With this foundation built, I’ve been able to get more out of my people by being a leader and not just a manager. You have to believe in what you are doing to truly make a difference and improve the companies bottom line overall! I do believe!

I love what I do and I feel alive with passion once again. I have 1 supervisor and 1 hourly employee that work in my organization. I am in the process of building a stronger team with more involvement in the training group. I am a lead Facilitator for CSCS Class now and building my resume!
